Stella is a classically trained artist specializing in portraiture, landscape and still life.  

Below you will find a selection of commissioned portraits executed in three different mediums:  oil, pastel and charcoal. There is also a selection of landscape and still life paintings.

Three basic sizes of portraits are offered in all three mediums. The head and shoulders (12" x 18") a three-quarter view which includes the hands (18" x 24”) and a full length view (27” x 38”). The actual size of the finished portrait can vary, depending on the pose, the number of people and the complexity of the background.  The sizes quoted are approximate for the above reasons. The portraits are usually just slightly smaller than life-size.  Smaller size portraits are offered in oil and charcoal, but not in pastel.
